Luxury New York City Townhome Renovation Renovated West Village Townhouse Features Incredible Outdoor Shower Recently featured in Architectural Digest , actress Maura Tierney’s West Village Town House was a full gut renovation for Quadrant Development Consultants, leading contractors for luxury residences in New York City. The residence was very compartmentalized, which required stripping the three-story townhouse down to the bare framing and tearing down walls to open up the space.
